Have you think of imagination... According to a famous scientist Albert Einstein Imagination is more important than knowledge and in George Bernard Shaw’s words Imagination is the beginning of Creation which is complementary to what Einstein had said. Later Edward de Bono aired his perception, “Intelligence is something we are born with. Thinking is a skill that must be learned”.
Any one who can read write and understand can imagine any thing in this world. You don't have to be a scholar to imagine.
We hardly have the record of those imagined, but it was Ved Vyas compiled all the bits and pieces and it came to be known as Vedas & Upanishads. The Ultimate answer to any thing and every thing. To enlighten you the depths of imagination one can reach, see the list of Indian scriptures, have a glance at their systemic presentation of whole universe poetically. It is no means an easy task nor there do any course offered in the universities any where in the world, to master the art of imagination to this extent.
But we have one university none other that our mind. There are no records about the number of sages involved to explore the universal phenomenon to the subtlest extent.
Hearing the discourses on the universal phenomenon of these sages, scholars discounted them bluntly as ‘madness’ till quantum physists photographed the cosmic dance of Lord Shiva. Its all due to imagination that they have done this.
I strongly believe that if India has to succeed in becoming economic super power, every Indian should be retold about the power of Imagination and inculcate confidence in them that they need not be a scholar to imagine the highest order.
Loud or silent repetition of inspiring words has been found effective in the systems of psychotherapy. They have conclusively established the fact that any word spoken with clear realization and deep concentration has a materializing value.
The world famous singers George Harrison and John Lennon of Beatle, confess that all their spiritual albums combining Jesus and Krishna, had become an instant hit and millions of copies are sold around the word. Bhakthivedannda Manor, a seventeen acre estate outside London, purchased by George in 1973 and donated to ISKON to promote Krishnan consciousness.

Green Tea and its benefits
Green tea is a type of tea made solely with the leaves of Camellia sinensis that has undergone minimal oxidation during processing.Green tea originates from China and has become associated with many cultures in Asia from Japan to the Middle East.
Recently, it has become more widespread in the West, where black tea is traditionally consumed. Many varieties of green tea have been created in countries where it is grown. These varieties can differ substantially due to variable growing conditions, processing and harvesting time.
Green tea boosts eye sight: In a recent study, it’s being said that Green Tea boost eye sight. The study is published in the current issue of the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry.
Researches are of the view that green tea helps to prevent glaucoma as it contains healthful substances which helps to penetrate health tissues. It has various antioxidants that help to protect the eye—like vitamin c, lutein, zeaxanthin and vitamin E. Catechins present in green tea passes from the gastrointestinal tract and the stomach into the eyes tissue. It helps to reduce harmful oxidative stress for about 20 hours. Reports conclude that “Our results indicate that green tea consumption could benefit the eye against oxidative stress”.
Tea cuts down the risk of Ovarian Cancer: Tea cuts down the peril of ovarian cancer in women, being said in new findings. This is as per the research done by the University of Washington and National Institute of Environmental Medicine in Stockholm.
The reports stated that “Ovarian cancer is the fifth leading cause of cancer deaths. More women die of ovarian cancer as compared to other cancers of female reproductive system” It was found that a woman consuming 1 cup green tea per day has 54% lesser chances of having ovarian cancer. And a woman consuming 2 cups black tea/day has 50% lesser chances of having ovarian cancer.

Alternatives to heal your body naturally
Growing research in the realm of alternative therapies is leading to a shift from pharmaceutical medication to herbal remedies and natural cures when treating many conditions of the human body. Those who suffer from mood disorders such as depression and anxiety are finding great relief from herbs. People experiencing arthritis, eczema, or common illnesses are also benefiting from natural cures that prove to be much safer and cost effective than traditional medicine. The advantages that these alternatives offer have many in the medical field reconsidering how they approach treatment. Herbal and natural therapies are now being more widely incorporated in many medical practices as a safe and less drastic alternative for patients. Natural remedies are safer for the body than traditional medicines and produce fewer, if any, side effects. They are also much more cost effective than prescription medications.
They are easy to buy too. There is no need to get a script from you doctor to buy herbal supplements. Environmentalists also embrace natural remedies for the fact that producing them does not produce pollutants as pharmaceutical production often does. Harmful effects of Lovemaking!!
Lovemaking is a much-craved pleasurable experience for many men. However a recent study, led by the University of Nottingham, found that men suffer the negative health impacts of lovemaking than women.
The interesting fact is that the impacts of lovemaking shifts from negative to positive as the man gets aged. Men who are very sexually active at the age of 20s and 30s are at a higher risk of prostrate cancer. However the frequent sexual activity in a man’s forties have little impact on his health. If you are sexually active in your fifties, you are a lucky one, since the action will offer you protection against many diseases.
His hormone levels always control a man’s sexual activity and these hormones play a key role in prostrate cancer. Therefore a check on man’s sexual activities like how often he masturbates, had intercourse, how many sexual partners he had had and whether he had any sexually transmitted diseases etc will reveal his prostrate cancer risk.
The study found out that the release of accumulated toxins during sexual activity is more at the age of 20s and 30s than at a later age. This release of toxins is more in masturbation than in an intercourse. The release of toxins reduces by the age of 40 and men are less prone to sexual activity by this time. This theory has, however, not been firmly established and further researches are going on about this!

Why Body is less thirsty at night??
Our brain cells collude and keep us hydrated when we sleep, which prevents nightly dehydration or frequent urination. This is the reason why our body is less thirsty at night, says the scientists.
The body's internal clock helps regulating a hormone which can store water in the body, during the night. This help us to control the water regulation, during sleep.
The body regulates its water content mainly by balancing water intake through thirst and water loss through urine production. The low water levels excite a group of cells called osmosensory neurons, which direct another set of neurons to release a hormone called Vasopressin. Vasopressin instructs the body to store water, into the bloodstream.
Vasopressin levels increase during sleep and it will result in more water retention and less urine production during sleep.
The studies are conducted by the Neurophysiologists from the McGill University Health Centre in Montreal, Canada.
